What to Expect at your First Visit
Your first visit will take approximately 45 minutes overall. We'll first have you fill out a digital intake form detailing your Health History and what your main goal is that brought you in to see us. After the form has been completed we will take a Posture Photo of you. From here we will review the form with you and then there will be a thorough Chiropractic Exam. After the examination is finished we'll schedule a time for you to come back to discuss your Report of Findings.
Health History
We'll thoroughly review and discuss your health history together. There may be some specific questions for you to answer to help us gather information to begin to identify and diagnose your problem. If you are in for a wellness checkup, this gives us a chance to identify your health goals which will enable us to create a care plan that helps you to achieve those goals.

Posture Photo
A photo of your posture will be taken both front on and from the side. Posture is a window to the spine and assessing a posture photo is a useful tool in helping identify areas of imbalance or areas that may be in need of correction. We will review these photos together when you return for your report of findings

Report of Findings
Once the Chiropractic exam and first visit are all done then we will schedule a future date for you to return for a report of findings. We take the time between your first and second visit to review, investigate and assess all the information we gathered from your initial visit. At the report of findings we will discuss in detail and review all these findings with you. We will give you a diagnosis, prognosis and a care plan that is catered to you. You can now begin care with your first chiropractic adjustment.
